1. Request Deletion: Send a deletion request to our dedicated support team at support@askflow.ai. Provide the relevant details and confirm your intention to delete your Askflow account. Our friendly support experts will promptly process your request and assist you throughout the process.
2. Remove from Shopify Apps: You can also delete Askflow directly from your Shopify apps dashboard.
Navigate to your Shopify store's admin panel.
Go to "Apps".
Find Askflow AI.
Select the option to delete or remove the app.
Please Note: Deleting your Askflow account will permanently remove all data and settings associated with the app. Therefore, we strongly advise backing up any necessary data beforehand, as the process is irreversible.
