Webhook: Overview

Overview of Asklayer webhooks: sends survey response data to external services like make.com, Zapier, and IFTTT.

Salesforce? Google Sheets? Constant contact? Messenger? Telegram? Can do! And thousands more!

How it works

When a survey response is submitted, Asklayer can send that data as a webhook. In practice, this means sending an HTTP request — containing the response data (answers, tags, and, where available, identifying information such as customer ID or email address) — to a URL you specify. Any service that supports incoming webhooks can then use this data, for example to add a row to a spreadsheet, update a CRM record, or post a notification to a chat channel.
