This article is for users on the Plus & Multi-site plan.
With the Plus & Multi-site plan, you can use Asklayer on up to 5 Shopify stores, including the store that has the subscription, with unlimited monthly orders. There is no additional charge for adding stores.
Steps
Install Asklayer on the store you want to add. You do not need to choose a paid plan on that store.
Contact our support team with the following information:
The store that has the Plus & Multi-site subscription (e.g. your-store.myshopify.com)
The store(s) you want to add (e.g. another-store.myshopify.com)
We will upgrade the added store(s) and let you know when it is done.
Notes
If you uninstall and reinstall Asklayer on an added store, that store will automatically return to the Free plan. Please be aware of this.
To stop using Asklayer on an added store, uninstall Asklayer from that store.
If you cancel your Plus & Multi-site plan, any stores you added will also return to the Free plan.
