Short answer

Not yet. Index sharing is planned for a future version of AskTuring.

Full explanation

Currently, all Indexes in AskTuring are private to the individual user who created them. No other user can view or access your Indexes.

We are working on a sharing feature that will allow you to grant access to specific Indexes to other AskTuring users. This will make it possible to collaborate on projects or share curated datasets without giving access to your entire account.

When released, Index sharing will include options for:

  • Selecting which Indexes to share

  • Choosing who can view or edit them

  • Revoking access at any time

  • Starting a group chat linked to a specific shared Index, allowing multiple users to ask questions and see responses from the same dataset in real time

Tips

  • Until sharing is available, you will need to send documents separately if you want another user to have them in their own Index.

  • Keep separate Indexes for different topics or projects so they are ready to share when the feature is added.
