AskTuring allows you to download your uploaded documents directly from any Project. While there is no bulk export for all content at once, you can download one or more selected files easily from the Files view.
To download a single document:
Open the Project that contains the file you want to download.
In the Files list, click the document to open it in the viewer.
Click the Download icon (down arrow) in the upper right corner of the screen.
The file will be saved to your device in its original format.
To download multiple documents:
In the Files list, check the boxes next to the documents you want to download.
A small action menu will appear at the bottom of the column.
Click the Download icon (down arrow) in that menu to download all selected files at once.
The files will be saved to your device in their original formats.
AskTuring recommends maintaining local or cloud backups of any files you upload, especially before deleting them from a Project.
Tips
Downloading multiple files at once is supported only from the Files list, not from within the document viewer.
The download option is available for all supported file formats, including PDF, DOCX, PPTX, and TXT.
Use consistent folder organization on your local device to keep downloaded files easy to locate.
If you plan to delete files from a Project, download them first—deleted files cannot be restored later.
