Short answer
AskTuring always uses the most recent version of your documents when generating answers.
Full explanation
AskTuring’s answers are always based on the latest information available in your Index. When you upload a new or updated version of a document, it is instantly added to the database and becomes part of the results for future queries.
The system does not require you to delete outdated versions, since the AI is designed to identify and prioritize the most recent or most relevant information. This allows you to keep a historical record of older files without affecting answer quality.
If your policies or reference materials change frequently, keeping your Index updated will ensure the AI reflects the newest requirements. When reviewing answers, you can always click the provided link to open the exact page in the document where the information came from, so you can confirm it is still valid.
