AskTuring processes and indexes documents in real time. In most cases, newly uploaded files are ready to be searched within seconds.
Processing time can vary depending on:
File size
File format
Number of files uploaded at once
If you upload the maximum allowed batch (100 files or 100 MB), it may take slightly longer. You can monitor the upload and processing progress in the status area of your Project.
Once processing is complete, the documents are immediately added to your Project and become searchable through the AI.
Tip
Large or complex files (such as scanned PDFs with OCR) may take extra time to process before becoming searchable.
