The accuracy of AskTuring’s responses depends on both how you ask your questions and the quality of the documents in your Project. To get the best results:
Be specific: Include key details or terms that are likely to appear in your documents.
Use your industry language: The AI recognizes and uses terminology from your Semantic Map and document set.
Refine your query: If the initial answer is not what you need, rephrase your question or add clarifying details.
Use “Deepen Answer”: After receiving a response, select Deepen Answer to have the AI expand on that specific result, provide more context, or include additional supporting details from your documents.
Limit the search scope: When needed, select specific folders or files to ensure results come from the most relevant sources.
Add missing documents: If your Project does not include the information you need, upload relevant documents so the AI can use them for future responses.
Check sources: Always verify important answers by reviewing the document links provided in the response.
Examples
Instead of asking “What are the safety requirements?” try “What are the safety requirements for warehouse employees in the 2025 policy manual?”
If you receive a general summary, narrow the focus by asking “Can you show the section that mentions PPE requirements for warehouse workers?”
Use Deepen Answer to expand on an initial summary and have AskTuring pull in additional details, examples, or related policies.
If an answer seems incomplete, check the document sources or upload additional files that may include missing details.
