The Billing tab provides a central place for admins to manage financial information within AskTuring. It shows your current plan, your credit activity, and your renewal date so you always know where your account stands. As an admin, you can review your payment history, including dates, descriptions, amounts, and the status of each transaction.
Admins can also download invoice files as PDF documents at any time. AskTuring uses the Stripe billing portal for secure management of cards and other payment details. This portal allows you to add new cards, replace old ones, remove cards you no longer use, and choose which payment method is set as the default.
You can add multiple billing contacts so recipients can receive invoices and alerts. Admin users can view all past transactions and export them to a CSV file for reporting or compliance needs. The system also sends notifications when a payment fails, when a card is about to expire, or when your plan is close to its renewal date.
