Admins manage usage and spend through the Billing and Usage tab, which is accessed from the Admin profile.

To open this area, the admin clicks the user name in the bottom-left corner of the platform. This opens the Admin profile menu, where the Billing and Usage tab is available. Selecting this tab opens the screen that displays plan details, subscription status, and usage information.

Within the Billing and Usage tab, admins can access the Cost, Credit, and Usage Analytics dashboard. This dashboard provides a unified view of how credits and costs are distributed across the organization. Usage can be reviewed by organization, individual users, features, and AI models, supporting fair usage oversight and informed cost decisions.

The Billing and Usage tab also includes the enhanced Model Tier Summary. This summary is expandable, allowing admins to drill down into individual models within each tier. This makes it easier to see which models are driving the most usage and spend, rather than relying only on high-level tier data.

Together, the Billing and Usage tab and its analytics tools give admins clear visibility into both subscription details and day-to-day platform usage.
