Summary

This article explains how to generate a public, shareable link for any of your AskTuring.ai chat conversations. Use this feature when you want to share insights, answers, or entire conversation threads with colleagues or external stakeholders who may not have access to your project.

Prerequisites

You must have an active AskTuring.ai account

You must have at least one saved chat conversation in your chat history

You must have appropriate permissions to share conversations from your project (typically Contributor or Manager role)

Step-by-Step Instructions

Open your chat history

Navigate to your recent conversations and select the chat you want to share.

Click the "Share" button

In the upper right corner of the conversation window, click the Share button.

Enable public sharing

In the sharing dialog that appears, slide the toggle switch to the enabled position. This makes the conversation publicly accessible via a unique link.

Copy the shareable link

Click the Copy button in the right corner of the dialog to copy the link to your clipboard. You can now paste and share this link with anyone.

Tips and Notes

Public access: Once enabled, anyone with the link can view the conversation—even if they don't have an AskTuring.ai account. Be mindful of sensitive information before sharing.

Read-only: Shared links provide read-only access. Recipients cannot edit, delete, or interact with the conversation.

Revoking access: To stop sharing, return to the Share dialog and toggle the switch back to disabled. The link will no longer work.

Link persistence: Shared links remain active until you manually disable them. They do not expire automatically.
