Step-by-step Instructions

Creating Your Account

  1. Navigate to https://app.askturing.ai/ in your web browser.

  2. Click the Register button on the login page.

  3. Fill in your account details in the registration form:

    • Enter your full name

    • Provide your email address

    • Create a secure password

  4. Click Sign Up to create your account.

Joining an Organization

  1. Check your email inbox for an organization invitation from AskTuring.ai.

  2. Open the invitation email and click Accept Invitation to join the organization.

    Note: You'll be automatically redirected to the AskTuring.ai platform after accepting the invitation.

Updating Your Account Settings

  1. Once logged in, click on your Account menu in the top navigation bar.

  2. Select Settings from the dropdown menu.

  3. On the Settings page, you can update the following:

    • Account name: Change your display name

    • Password: Update your login password

    • Multi-Factor Authentication: Enable or disable MFA for added security

  4. After making any changes, click Save to apply your updates.

Tips and Notes

  • Email verification: You may need to verify your email address before accessing all platform features. Check your inbox for a verification email after signing up.

  • Multi-Factor Authentication: Enabling MFA is strongly recommended for enhanced account security, especially if you're working with sensitive data.

  • Organization invitations: If you don't receive an organization invitation, contact your organization administrator to resend it.

  • Password requirements: Ensure your password meets the platform's security requirements (typically a minimum length and complexity).
