A. Filter files by type

  1. Open the file type dropdown

    • In your project’s files area, locate the dropdown that shows All File Types.

    • Click the All File Types dropdown to view filter options.

  2. Select a specific file type

    • From the dropdown list, click Structured Data (.csv, .xlsx).

    • The files list will update to show only structured data files with .csv or .xlsx extensions.

B. Search for a file by name

  1. Click the "Search in Project" field

    • In the files area, find the search bar labeled Search in Project.

    • Click inside the Search in Project field to activate it.

  2. Type the file name

    • Start typing the name (or part of the name) of the file you want to find.

    • As you type, the list of files will update to match your search text and any filters you have applied (such as file type).

  3. Review the search results

    • Look through the filtered list to locate your file.

    • Click the file from the results to open or manage it as needed.

  4. Tips or notes

  • You can combine filters and search: first choose a file type from All File Types, then use Search in Project to narrow results further.

  • If you don’t see the file you expect, clear your search text and reset the file type filter back to All File Types.

  • Make sure you spell the file name correctly or try typing only a unique part of the name.
