This article explains how to switch from one project to another within your AskTuring.ai workspace. Use these steps to quickly move to the project you want to work on, such as accessing a General Queries project or any other project folder.
Prerequisites
You must be logged in to your AskTuring.ai account.
You must have access to at least one workspace and multiple projects within that workspace.
Step-by-step instructions
Switch to a different project
Open the project switcher
In the AskTuring.ai interface, locate the Project selector (usually near the top of the sidebar or header).
This shows the name of the project you are currently viewing.
Click the current project name
Click the project name or project dropdown to open the list of available projects in your workspace.
Select the project you want to switch to
In the dropdown list, browse the projects in your workspace.
Click the project you want to open (for example, a General Queries project or any other project).
Wait for the project to load
The interface will switch to the selected project.
You will now see that project’s tabs (such as Project Chat, Files, and other sections) and can start working there.
Tips or notes
You can switch projects at any time; your changes in one project are saved even when you move to another.
If you do not see a project in the list, you may not have access to it. Contact your workspace admin if you think you should have access.
Remember that each project has its own Files, Project Chat, and settings—make sure you are in the correct project before uploading files or asking questions.
