This article explains how to share specific responses from your Project Chat directly via email. Use this feature to quickly send AI-generated insights or project links to team members and stakeholders without leaving the AskTuring.ai platform.
Prerequisites
You must be logged in to your AskTuring.ai account.
You must have an active conversation in Project Chat.
You must have the email addresses of your intended recipients.
Step-by-step instructions
A. Access the Sharing Options
Navigate to more actions
Open the Project Chat containing the response you want to share.
Locate the specific chat message or response.
Click on the more actions icon (usually found directly below the chat response).
Select Share via Email
From the list of available actions, click Share via Email.
A sharing dialog box will appear on your screen.
B. Configure and Send the Email
Enter email details and recipients
In the Email Subject field, type a descriptive title for your email.
In the recipients field, add the email addresses of the people you want to notify.
You can add up to 10 recipients for a single share action.
Click Share
Review the subject and recipient list to ensure they are correct.
Click the Share button to send the email.
A success indicator will typically appear once the email has been queued for delivery.
Tips or notes
The email will include a link to the project or the specific chat context, depending on your workspace's privacy settings.
If you need to share with more than 10 people, you can repeat the process or use the Public Link feature found in the top-right share menu.
Ensure your recipients have the necessary permissions to view the project if the link requires a login.
Emails are sent from the AskTuring.ai system; check your "Sent" status within the platform if a confirmation is provided.
