How to connect your brand's Instagram for Social Listening

Before you begin:

  • You must have an Instagram Business Account

  • Your Instagram must be connected to a Facebook Page or a Facebook Business Manager account

  • You must have Admin access to your brand's Facebook Page or Business Manager

How to Connect your Brand's Instagram

  1. Click your initials in the top right-hand corner and select Integration Settings.

  2. Click Social Listening on the left-hand side.

  3. Click "Connect your Instagram".

  4. Continue as yourself and follow the prompts to grant the required permissions.

  5. Select your brand's Instagram account.

  6. Select your brand's Facebook page.

  7. Accept all permissions (see FAQ for more information)

  8. Select "OK". Upon success, you should be redirected back to Aspire.

If the authorization was successful, your Instagram account(s) will appear, like the one shown below.

At this time, we only support the ability to connect one Instagram account. Please note that the Social Listening feature will not function properly when multiple Instagram accounts are added.
