What is Social Listening?
Our Social Listening tool allows you to identify the people who are already posting about your brand on Instagram. Once you connect your Instagram account to Aspire, we'll pull in all the mentions of your brand's Instagram handle and add these people to your member database under the Members tab.
How do I find people to work with from Social Listening?
Once you connect your Instagram account and people start mentioning your brand on Instagram, you will be able to see all your mentions under Recruit > Social Listening.
📣 Pro tip: To jumpstart your sourcing process, you can leverage our Recommended tab on the left to find high-priority people to work with.
The "Customer Mentions" tab will help you find people who have purchased from your store at least once in the past year and also promoted your brand to their audience on Instagram.
The "Influential Mentions" tab will help you identify people who have mentioned your brand on Instagram at least once and have more than 400 engagements
The "Most Mentions" tab will help you discover people who have mentioned your brand the most (top 20% of people who mentioned) on Instagram. If you want to find people who are passionate about your brand, this is the right place to start looking.
The "Recent Mentions" tab will show you recommended people who have mentioned your brand on Instagram within the last 30 days.
What data will be shown?
Aspire provides the following data to help you develop your program strategy.
Mentions: The mentioned posts with pictures, captions, and URLs to the actual posts. Besides posts, we also support Instagram Stories (if that individual has linked their insights to Aspire), which will expire after 24 hours.
Mentions Count: The number of mentioned posts by the person after you connect your brand's Instagram account to Elevate.
Last Mention Date: The date of the last-mentioned post by the person after you connect your brand's Instagram account to Elevate.
How do I invite these people to my project?
More likely than not, we will not have an email correlated with the people that can be found in Social Listening, so make sure that you have copied a link to your application page when you are ready to send invites.
To send invites to these people, click on their Instagram handle in the Members App which will take you to their profile, then DM them a link to your application page.
