We recently launched a new feature that allows you to add sales tracking stages to your project so you can seamlessly generate unique links for your members within your project workflow.

However, there may be times when you need to generate a link for a member with a different commission structure.

In these cases, you can visit your Sales Tracking dashboard to add member(s) to a new offer. This two-part video tutorial series will walk you through how to create a new offer, generate unique links, and send them to members.

Part 1: How to Create an Offer

  1. Go to the Reporting tab and click on Sales Tracking.

  2. Click on + Add Offer and choose đź”—Link Tracking Offer.

  3. Name your offer and enter a brief description.

  4. Select the Conversion Type.

  5. Select your Payout Option. (More information on each type shows up on the right side when you hover over it.)

  6. Enter the percentage or amount for Payout.

  7. Set your Conversion Tracking. (Most common is HTTP(S) Image Pixel.)

  8. Enter the URL where you want your customers to be directed to.

  9. Set the Expiration Date.

  10. Set the Status to Active.

  11. Click on Create Offer.

You will be given instructions on how to test your offer and the sales pixel you’ll need to implement on your Shopify/WooCommerce if you’re using pixel tracking.

Part 2: How to Generate Unique Links and Email them to Members

You can edit your offer by clicking on the pencil icon at the side of the offer name.

Note: After you generate a member link, you cannot edit certain fields such as Conversion Type and Payout Options.

  1. From the Sales Tracking Dashboard, select your offer.

  2. Click on Add Members to this Offer.

  3. Select the project/s where the members are in, then click Confirm Members.

  4. You can choose one or multiple members, then click Review. (Only members who have not been added yet to this offer will be shown.)

  5. If everything looks good, click on Generate Links.

  6. Click on Done.

  7. You can now email the members their unique links by selecting one or multiple members.

  8. Then click on the compose icon (Email Members) and a default email template will be prompted which automatically inserts the member’s name and link.

  9. Click on Preview Personalizations to check.

  10. Then, click Send.
