Frequently Asked Questions

How are social posts auto-assigned in Aspire?

Our system uses the following logic to auto-assign member's social posts to projects and groups:

  • If a creator is part of only one project and/or group, their posts will be automatically assigned to that project and/or group.

  • If a creator is part of multiple projects or groups, you can manually assign their post(s) to the correct project or group using the Assign Posts tab in Social Analytics.
