Overview of Sales Tracking Dashboard

Overview

To access your Sales Tracking dashboard, click on "Reporting" in the top navigation, then select "Sales Tracking".

Here you will see all of the Sales Tracking offers you have created and a holistic view of your members' performance.

Within your Sales Tracking dashboard, you can perform the following actions:

  • Create new offers

  • Manage existing offers

  • Measure clicks, conversions, and sales

  • Payout commissions

  • Identify top performers

  • Download reports

  • and more!

Once you click into an offer, you'll see a summary of the offer's performance, as well as individual-level reporting for all of the members within this offer.

You can adjust the time frame to focus on a specific period of activity.

And easily search for individual members by typing their name in the Search bar.

Within an offer, you can use the icons to perform various actions, such as:

  • Adding new members

  • Emailing members their link and/or code

  • Downloading a CSV

  • Reactivating/deactivating links

  • Refreshing promo codes

  • Deactivating promo codes

  • Editing active dates

Once you're ready to pay out commissions, click on "Payment Overview" in the top-right corner, select a time frame, then choose which members to pay. See this article for detailed steps.
