The guide below will walk you through syncing your integrations to Aspire so you can hit the ground running.
We know lengthy tech setup is a pain when you’re a small team strapped for time, so we’ve specifically set this up to be done in less than 15 minutes ⏲️
Connect your email account. This is different from verifying your email; please connect the email you wish emails to be sent from when communicating with influencers. For Gmail help, click here. For Outlook help, click here.
We will only sync your emails that are to/from members in your Aspire database, so no need to worry about your personal correspondence showing up. We can even remove specific domains from the sync for further privacy, just let us know!
Link Your Shopify Account. This will allow you to access our eCommerce capabilities (product fulfillment & promo codes). This step needs to be done by someone who has admin access to your Shopify account.
Authorize your brand’s Instagram account. This will enable us to use social listening to pull in anyone who is talking about you on Instagram. It is important to connect your Instagram account as soon as possible so you don't miss out on the people talking about you today! Please note that at this time, you are only able to link one Instagram account.
Add a payment method (optional). This will allow you to pay influencers directly on the platform in the future. You can skip this step if you do not plan to pay influencers.
Now that your account is set up, the fun can officially start! 🎉
