There are a few different ways that social posts will be pulled into your Social Analytics dashboard.

Once you connect your brand's Instagram for social listening, we will automatically capture all Instagram posts as long as the member tags your brand's handle in the caption or image. For these posts to appear in Social Analytics, the member must first be in a project or group.

We will automatically assign social listening content from a member to a project if that member happens to be in a single project. If the member belongs to multiple projects, you can manually assign their post to the appropriate project or group through the Social Post application on their member profile.

In order to set up tracking for Instagram Stories, the members must have their Insights linked. When sending Terms for Instagram Stories, Insights will be required by default. If you're not sending Terms, please check out this article on how to request members to link Insights.

For all other social networks, if the posts were submitted via Terms or manually assigned to a group or project, they will be pulled into Social Analytics.
