Overview
With Aspire's Klaviyo Integration, you can sync members to your Klaviyo account to then segment and add to campaigns or flows. This allows you to build custom email nurture sequences and send bulk messages to specific groups without the hassle of manually downloading and uploading contact information. π
Here are some ways you can use the Klaviyo integration:
Create an ambassador welcome series to provide new ambassadors with information about your brand, resources, and promotional materials.
Send a monthly newsletter to your affiliates to keep them in the loop on upcoming product launches and promotions.
Provide exclusive discounts or early access to new products to your ambassadors and influencers as a way to motivate and engage them.
Send surveys to gather feedback from your ambassadors and affiliates about their experience and any improvements you can make.
Important: Aspire members will be synced to Klaviyo as "Active profiles". We recommend suppressing the profiles you do not intend to communicate with to avoid going over your Klaviyo monthly usage limit. See this article on how to suppress profiles.

ββTo review your Account Limits, go to your Klaviyo settings, and select Billing.
How to Connect Your Klaviyo Account
Hover over your initials in the top right corner and select Integrations.
βOn the left-hand side, click on Klaviyo.
βClick Connect to authenticate your Klaviyo account.
βOn the login screen, enter the email address and password associated with your Klaviyo account then click "Log in" or select "Log in with SSO".

βNote: A workplace ID is required to log in with SSO.
βYou will see a message that this app has not been reviewed by Klaviyo's partner team. Aspire's Klaviyo app is currently under review. Click Continue to proceed.
βClick Allow to grant the Aspire app access to your Klaviyo account.
Upon successfully connecting your Klaviyo account, you will be redirected back to Aspire and the member sync will begin immediately.

All of the members within your Members tab will be synced to Klaviyo.
What kind of member data is pushed to Klaviyo?
The following contact details will be pushed to Klaviyo:
Name
Email
Phone Number
Address (Address1, Address2, Zip Code, City, State, Country)
Social media profiles: Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Youtube, Facebook
Relationship data: Aspire Project(s), Aspire Group(s), Aspire Tag(s)
How often does the sync occur?
The sync will run automatically every day. You can also click "Sync" on the Klaviyo integration page within Aspire to manually refresh your data.
How do we disconnect the Klaviyo integration?
Please contact our Support Team for assistance.
If a member is removed from a project or group, will this be reflected in Klaviyo?
Yes. If a member is removed from a project or group, this information will be updated in Klaviyo to ensure they do not receive unintended emails.
Can we select a specific project or group to export to Klaviyo?
Not at this time.
Can we sync members to a specific Klaviyo list or segment?
No. Currently, members will be synced to "All Profiles" and can then be added to various lists and/or segments.
What if I want to sync a person who is not in a project yet?
We recommend adding them to a group.
How many Klaviyo accounts can be connected to an Aspire account?
Currently, only one Klaviyo account can be connected.
If we have multiple Aspire accounts, can we connect the same Klaviyo account to all of them?
No. At this time, a Klaviyo account can only be connected to one Aspire account at a time.
