Overview

Elevate your partnership with creators through the all-new Product Request Form. This feature is designed to simplify your product distribution and tracking processes, ensuring both efficiency and reliability.

How does the Product Request Form work?

1. Customizable Setup Form

Once you have added the "Product Request Form" stage to your project, you can tailor the form to match your requirements. Once set up, you can share a direct link to the form with creators.

When setting up your Order Form, you will see the following options:

  1. Instructions: Clear instructions can help creators choose the right products for their collaboration.

  2. Quantity: Set the maximum number of items per request. This is an optional field.

  3. Product Name: This field is required; you can change a form field label from “Product Name” to your desired name.

  4. Product SKU: A field to ask the creator for a product SKU; you can make this field optional or required.

  5. Product URL: A field to ask the creator for a product URL; you can make this field optional or required.

  6. Product Preferences: A field to ask the creator for a product variation (size, color, etc.); you can make this field optional or required.

2. Seamless Product Requests

The Product Request Form allows you to receive product requests from creators directly in your project, streamlining the entire process. With this feature, communication between you and the creators becomes effortless.

3. Efficient Review & Fulfillment

This feature lets you review all your creator order requests in a single view. Plus, with the added feature to download information to a CSV file, coordinating with your fulfillment team has never been easier.

🚀 Pro Tip: We recommend reviewing orders in bulk, so you can download one CSV file with a list of all your new orders to share with your fulfillment team.

4. Enhanced Tracking & Product Cost Reporting

On post-dispatch, you can input the shipment tracking number and product cost. Doing so keeps creators in the loop, ensuring transparency and fostering trust.

FAQs

How will creators know the product’s SKU?

Creators will only have access to a product's SKU if it’s available on your product website or sent to them in a prior email. These fields are optional - you don’t have to include product SKU when sending over the form to creators

Can we track shipments through Aspire?

Yes! The product shipment status will automatically update within the workflow as soon as you enter the tracking # into our system. You can also manually update a shipment status if necessary.

Will these orders show up in the Reporting > Product Fulfillment tab?

Yes!

Does this stage include Member Information or should we ask creators for their shipping address before this stage?

The "Product Request Form" stage includes a form where creators can enter their shipping address and contact information.

Can we mass upload tracking numbers?

Not at this time.

What is the difference between the "Product Request Form" and "Creator Product Selection" stages?

Creator Product Selection gives Shopify brands the ability to upload a product catalog to Aspire that connects to their website. Fulfillment happens through their Shopify site and is completely separate from Aspire.

With Product Request Forms, creators send brands a list of links to products they’re interested in and brands can either accept or reject their requests. Once requests are approved, brands can download a CSV with order and shipping information to hand off to their fulfillment team.

Does this mean non-Shopify brands can enable the "Creator Product Selection" stage?

Not yet! Creator Product Selection is only available to Shopify brands at this time
