How To Connect Your TikTok Account
Follow the steps below to connect your brand's TikTok Business Account for mention listening. If you're using a Personal Account, learn how to switch to a TikTok Business Account.
Log into Aspire and click your initials in the bottom left corner, then select Integrations.
Under Integrations on the left menu, click TikTok.
Click Add TikTok Account.
You'll be prompted to log into your TikTok account if you're not already logged in. Review the permissions requested, then click Continue. We recommend keeping all permissions enabled for the integration to work properly.
You'll be redirected back to Aspire and if the connection was successful, you will see your TikTok Account listed under Connected TikTok Accounts 🎉
How To Connect Your TikTok Ad Account
Follow the steps below to connect your brand's TikTok Ads Manager Account to request Spark Ad access from creators and receive TikTok Ad Recommendations.
Log into Aspire and click your initials in the bottom left corner, then select Integrations.
Under Integrations on the left menu, click TikTok.
Click Add TikTok Ad Account.
You'll be prompted to log into your TikTok for Business Account if you're not already logged in. Review the permissions requested, then click Confirm to authorize access to Aspire. We recommend keeping all permissions enabled for the integration to work properly.
You'll be redirected back to Aspire and if the connection was successful, you will see your Ad Account listed under Connected TikTok Ad Accounts.

At this time, you may only connect one TikTok ad account.

How do I access my mentions once I connect my TikTok account?

Yes! Once you have authorized your TikTok account, you can ask for Branded Content permissions from creators when sending Briefs. Please see this article for more information.
Where can I find our Spark Ads Recommendations within the platform?

How can we disconnect our TikTok account and Ad Account?
Within your Aspire account, go to Integrations and select TikTok. Hover over your TikTok account or Ad Account, then click "Remove".
