Coloring your tags can allow for greater organization, especially on complicated tickets with many tags for different categories or departments. The tags will display as colored everywhere they appear, including the list and cardwall ticket views.

There are several ways to make use of this new and improved feature. However, only users with "Owner" role permissions can add and edit tag colors. The color of tags can be altered from the “Edit tag” and “Create a new tag” menus. Simply navigate to your ticket (either in List view or Cardwall view) and either create a new tag or edit an existing tag. The color choices for your tag will appear below the text box in the pop-up menu. 

The tag will then display in your chosen color on the ticket.
