Want to quickly turn your existing content into a structured training course? It’s now possible thanks to the document import feature, available exclusively in the New Didask Studio (Beta version)!

💡 Powered by Didask’s artificial intelligence, your document is automatically analyzed and transformed into chapters, modules, and micro-units (granules).

We’ve improved the personal dashboard to offer a smoother and more intuitive user experience. These updates affect both the UI (user interface) and progress tracking calculations, to better support your learners.

Here’s what’s new 👇

  • 🎉 Congratulations Banner: A new banner now appears at the end of a training to celebrate learner achievements!

  • 🔄 Improved Progress Tracking: Better visibility into module completion lets learners easily see where they are in their course.

  • 📅 Catalog Highlight: When no training has been started yet, access to the catalog is prominently featured to encourage course exploration.


🆕 Administration > Administrative Certificates 📄

The automatic generation of administrative certificates helps optimize training management by offering several benefits:

  • Time-saving: Reduced admin workload through automation

  • 📄 Standardization: Certificates aligned with regulatory requirements

  • 🔍 Easy Access: Centralized archiving for fast and secure retrieval

These documents are essential for securing funding from public sources.

⚙️ How to use it:

1️⃣ Go to Administration > “Certificates” > “Administrative Certificates”
2️⃣ Configure your settings (logo, company name, signature)
3️⃣ Create certificates by selecting a publication, learners, and dates
4️⃣ Download your certificates once you receive the notification
