The algorithm imports Amazon's reports on a daily basis and displays the data with accuracy. Amazon updates its reports every day and can change previous reports, which is why the algorithm updates its previously-loaded reports.
If discrepancies are identified, they are typically addressed and resolved within a few days. However, if you observe a significant difference (greater than 5%) that persists beyond a few days, please inform us.
Why are there some data discrepancies?
The algorithm retrieves Amazon data on a daily basis and updates historical data based on their respective collection dates. However, older data is refreshed less frequently. In the event that a return is deducted from the sales long after the item has been sold, it may take several days for the algorithm to refresh the data and reflect the updated sales figures for that specific past date.
How to fix it?
Here are the steps to force synchronization between Amazon and the board:
Navigate to the "Settings" section located at the top right corner of the screen.
Click on "Groups and Accounts."
Click on the "fetch data" icon (cloud that has an arrow pointing downwards).
The discrepancies persist and/or the gap is big
If the discrepancies between the data persist for more than a few days or the gap exceeds 5%, please contact us and provide us with the following information:
The time period
The account
The marketplace
The ASIN(s)
Screenshots of the board where we can see the discrepancy
Screenshots of the advertising console where we can see the discrepancy
It is recommended to provide us with a specific example of an ASIN where the sales on the board do not match the sales on the advertising console for a particular day.
