The payment method I prefer to use is not available

If the payment method you were using is no longer available in our app, it means we have permanently removed it as an option. In this case, unfortunately, it cannot be re-enabled.

However, if a payment method is only temporarily unavailable, you will still see it listed in the app, but with a message indicating it is out of service. It will be reactivated in the following days.

In either case, don’t worry — we always provide multiple payment methods. At checkout, you’ll see all currently available options and can choose the one that works best for you.
