Why is my transaction expired?

Each payment method has its estimated time for approval and it may not be instantaneous: approval will vary according to the chosen method.

If we do not receive confirmation within the established period, the status of your payment order will change to expired. But there is no reason to worry! If you actually paid for this transaction, all you need to do is save a proof of payment, containing all the transaction details, and contact us by sending us a message in our chat. One of our agents will check with our provider and let you know ASAP!

Why was my payment not confirmed within the established period?

Some of the reasons your payment may not be automatically approved within the processing period are listed below:

  • Payment instructions were not followed.

  • The amount paid was incorrect.

  • The payment was made through a third-party account.

  • The payment was made after the order had already expired.
