If you have unpaid transactions, they will stay as "in progress" throughout the processing period. These pending transactions can use up your daily limits, stopping you from making new requests. If this happens, don’t worry—you can cancel them easily!
Steps to Cancel:
Open the app and go to the home screen.
Find your transactions and select the one you want to cancel.
Tap "Cancel Purchase" and confirm your action.
That’s it! The transaction status will update to canceled, and you're good to go.
Important Note:
If you’ve already made the payment, canceling the order in the app will not automatically refund the amount. In this case, please contact our support team through the chat for assistance with the refund.
