If your transaction has already been completed, it cannot be canceled in the app.
Once the funds have been credited to the merchant or recipient, AstroPay has no way to reverse the operation.
What should I do?
If you sent money to a merchant: contact the merchant’s support team directly to request a refund.
If you sent money to another AstroPay user: contact the recipient and request that they return the funds.
Important: AstroPay cannot cancel or reverse completed transactions on your behalf.
