We understand how frustrating it is when a payment doesn't go through. If your transaction was declined, here are a few things to check:

What to verify

  • Make sure your card is activated
    Check in the app to confirm the card is active and ready to use.

  • Select the credit card option
    When paying online, choose the credit option (not debit or prepaid).

  • Check your AstroPay balance
    Ensure you have enough funds to complete the purchase.

Important to know

  • AstroPay cards cannot be used to fund other wallets

  • Installment payments are not supported
