If a card payment was rejected, duplicated, or you don't recognize it, check the guidance below.
Payment rejected
Make sure that:
Your card is active in the app.
You selected credit at checkout.
You have enough balance in your AstroPay wallet.
💡 Tip: AstroPay cards cannot be used to fund other wallets, and installment payments are not supported.
Duplicated payment
A duplicated payment means you were charged twice for the same purchase. To resolve this, provide the following:
A screenshot showing both charges.
Any merchant confirmation showing only one purchase.
A short explanation of the issue.
Refunds depend on whether the second charge is confirmed as a duplicate.
Unrecognized payment
If you did not make or approve a charge, you can report it as unauthorized.
Open the AstroPay app.
Go to Transaction History.
Select the transaction.
Tap Need help? or Report a problem.
You have up to 90 days from the transaction date to report it.
