The only types of payments available in the AstroPay app are:

  • Mobile phone top-ups (recharges): If your operator does not appear in the app, please send us the following details so we can investigate:

    • Screenshot showing the unavailable operator

    • Operator name

    • Country from which you are trying to make the payment

  • Bill payments: You can pay bills by entering the barcode or QR code of the bill. Payments should be completed without issues. If you encounter any problems, please provide:

    • Screenshot of the bill in the app

    • Bill reference or barcode

    • Country from which you are trying to pay

This will help us analyze and resolve the issue quickly.
