My bill/recharge payment has not been credited

If you made a payment for a service or recharge using your AstroPay wallet, please note that it can take up to 72 business hours to process.

If your payment was made before the due date, it will reflect the date of the original payment once processed, so no interest should be charged.

If the payment still hasn’t been credited after this period, please send us the following information:

  • A screenshot of the payment in your AstroPay app

  • The reference number or details of the bill/recharge

  • The date and amount of the payment

This will help us investigate and resolve the issue more quickly.
