Resolve a pending bill or recharge payment

Find out why your bill or recharge payment has not been credited and what to expect.

If you made a bill or recharge payment through AstroPay and it has not been credited yet, here is what you need to know.

Processing time

Bill and recharge payments may take up to 72 business hours to be processed. If the payment was completed before the due date, it will be credited with the original payment date, so no interest or late fees should apply.

If the payment is still not credited

After the 72 business hour window, provide the following information so the issue can be investigated:

  • A screenshot of the payment in the AstroPay app.

  • The payment date and amount.

Having these details ready helps resolve the issue faster.
