AstroPoints are part of AstroPay's rewards program. You earn points by completing eligible transactions or actions, and you can redeem them for wallet balance.
How to earn AstroPoints
Paying with your AstroCard
You earn points based on your loyalty level:
Standard: 1 USD = 10 AstroPoints
Silver: 1 USD = 20 AstroPoints
Gold: 1 USD = 30 AstroPoints
Black: 1 USD = 40 AstroPoints
Paying bills through the app
Standard users: 10 AstroPoints per USD, up to a maximum of USD 20 per bill.
Silver, Gold, and Black users: 20 AstroPoints per USD, up to a maximum of USD 20 per bill.
Completing challenges
Signing up: 100 AstroPoints
Email confirmation: 150 AstroPoints
Identity verification: 250 AstroPoints
PIX key registration: 500 AstroPoints
Card activation: 500 AstroPoints
Check your AstroPoints balance
Open the AstroPay app.
Go to the Benefits section.
Your AstroPoints balance appears on the top right corner.
Redeem AstroPoints
You can redeem AstroPoints once you reach a minimum of 12,000 AstroPoints.
Open the AstroPay app.
Go to the Benefits section.
Select AstroPoints.
Choose the amount to redeem.
