Key Points:

  • Each card issuance involves operational costs that may vary depending on the provider.

  • To prevent excessive or abusive use of our card issuance and cancellation functions, preventive measures have been implemented.

  • Each user can cancel up to 5 cards per month.

What happens if you exceed the limit:

  • If a user attempts to cancel or request a 6th card within the same calendar month after reaching the 5-card cancellation limit, they will receive an error message indicating that the monthly limit has been reached.

  • This policy encourages responsible use of our services and ensures equitable access to our resources for all users.
