Card Cancellation Limitations

At AstroPay, we strive to provide optimal service to our users while maintaining the efficiency and sustainability of our operations. For this reason, we have established certain policies to manage card cancellations and ensure a fair experience for all our users.

It's important to note that each card issuance incurs operational costs for us, which may vary depending on the provider. To prevent excessive or abusive use of our card issuance and cancellation functions, we have implemented some preventive measures.

Each user can cancel up to two cards per month.

If a user attempts to request a third card in the same calendar month, after having made two previous cancellations, they will receive an error message indicating that they have reached the monthly limit allowed. This measure aims to promote responsible use of our functions and ensure equitable distribution of our resources, thus ensuring a fair experience for all our users.
