You can manage your AstroCard at any time directly from the app. Depending on your needs, you can either cancel or pause your card.
Cancel your AstroCard
Go to AstroCard.
Select the card you want to cancel.
Tap See more.
Choose Cancel card.
⚠️ Important: Card cancellation is irreversible. Once canceled, it cannot be reactivated. You will need to request a new one. Card requests are limited within a certain period to ensure proper use.
Pause your AstroCard (temporary)
If you want to temporarily stop using your card but may want to use it again later, pausing is the best option.
Go to AstroCard.
Select the card you want to pause.
Tap Pause card.
When paused, the card cannot be used for transactions but remains available for reactivation. You can reactivate it at any time following the same path.
