Requesting an AstroPay Card is straightforward! All you need to do is access your AstroPay account and click on "AstroCard" in the bottom navigation menu or on the banner on the home screen. Then, follow these steps:
Click the "Get it now" button and accept the Terms and Conditions.
The system will ask for your personal details.
Important: If you haven’t validated your identity yet, the system will request you to scan the front and back of your ID card and take a selfie.
Once you confirm your request, your virtual card will be available in the app.
If you requested the physical card (*), you will see its estimated delivery date along with the virtual card for immediate use.
Upon receiving your physical card, activate it through the app and enjoy!
