Requesting an AstroPay Card is straightforward. Follow these steps:
Requesting the card:
Access your AstroPay account and click on "AstroCard" in the bottom navigation menu or the home screen banner.
Click "Get it now" and accept the Terms and Conditions.
Enter your personal details.
If your identity is not yet validated, scan the front and back of your ID card and take a selfie.
Once confirmed, your virtual card will be available immediately.
If you requested a physical card, you will see its estimated delivery date along with your virtual card.
