Withdrawal processing time
All withdrawals are processed within up to 72 business hours.The exact processing time may vary depending on factors such as the currency, destination country, payment method, and the receiving bank’s operating hours.
Checking your withdrawal status
You can check the status of your withdrawal at any time in the app under Transaction History.
Cancellation availability
If 72 business hours have passed and the withdrawal is still processing, the Cancel option will become available in the app.
If the Cancel option is not visible, it means the withdrawal has already been processed and can no longer be canceled.
