What is the processing time for transfers using CVU?
Transfers with CVU are processed instantly, just like any other bank transfer.
Why is my CVU transfer taking longer than expected?
Transfers may occasionally take longer due to issues in the COELSA network, which processes all bank transfers in the country. These delays are rare but can happen. We're working on in-app notifications to inform you in case of any disruptions. Delays can also occur during scheduled maintenance periods, where transactions will be processed automatically once services resume. Additionally, high transfer volumes might lead to occasional delays.
What should I do if my CVU transfer is delayed?
If your transfer hasn’t been processed after a few minutes, please let us know. We’ll investigate what may have happened and help you resolve the issue. Rest assured that even in the rare cases of delayed transfers, your funds remain secure and will reach their destination as soon as processing is complete.
Why was my CVU transfer rejected?
There could be several reasons for a rejection. Make sure the bank details of the recipient are correct. If everything seems fine and the transfer was still rejected, please send us the proof of payment so we can investigate further.
Important note: Whenever you report not receiving a CVU transaction in your AstroPay account, please first check the payment receipt. Make sure the transaction was sent to your AstroPay account and not to another bank or financial institution.
