Processing time for CVU transfers

CVU transfers are processed instantly, in the same way as standard bank transfers. In most cases, funds are credited within a few minutes.

What to do if your CVU transfer is delayed

If your transfer hasn’t been completed after a few minutes:

  1. Check the transaction status and payment receipt.

  2. Contact our support team for assistance.

We’ll review the transaction and help resolve the issue. Even in rare cases of delay, your funds remain secure and will be credited once processing is completed.

Why was my CVU transfer rejected?

A CVU transfer may be rejected if:

  • The recipient’s bank details are incorrect, or

  • There was an issue during processing.

If the details are correct and the transfer was still rejected, please contact us and provide the proof of payment so we can investigate.

Important

If a CVU transfer does not appear in your AstroPay account, always check the payment receipt first.Make sure the transfer was sent to your AstroPay CVU and not to another bank or financial institution.
