Understand the monthly incoming and outgoing limits for your CVU and how to request an increase.

You can receive up to 20 million pesos per month through your CVU. If you’ve reached your limit, a pending restriction will appear on your home page, and you won’t be able to make transactions except for withdrawing to your CVU. However, you will still be able to receive money, as incoming transactions cannot be restricted.

If you exceed 20 million pesos without submitting your Source of Funds (SOF), your CVU will be deactivated.

To resolve this, or if you need to exceed the limit, you can request an increase by providing proof of your Source of Funds, such as income statements. Once verified, your wallet provider will review your documents, and your limit may be adjusted based on the financial capacity demonstrated.
