You can schedule a Pix to automate frequent transfers and avoid repeating the same actions each time.
If you want to cancel a scheduled Pix, follow these steps:
Open the Pix section on the app’s home screen.
Select Schedule.
Choose the type of Pix key you want to use.
Enter the transfer details, including:
When the transfers should start
How often they should occur
When they should end
The transfer amount
Review the information and confirm the schedule.
Once a scheduled Pix is created, its details cannot be changed. If you need to adjust any information, you’ll need to create a new scheduled Pix.
If you want to cancel a scheduled Pix, follow these steps
Go to the Pix menu.
Tap Schedule.
Tap the pencil icon in the top-right corner of the screen.
Select the scheduled Pix you want to cancel.
Tap the trash icon to complete the cancellation.
This ensures your future transfers are managed correctly and only processed as intended.
