If you were expecting a $5 reward and didn’t receive it, here are the most common reasons—and how to fix it.
Check these conditions:
Did your friend sign up using your referral link?
Did they get an AstroPay Card?
Did they complete three purchases over $5 each?
Are they a first-time AstroPay user?
All of these steps must be completed for the reward to be issued.
Important: The referral program has a maximum limit of 3 rewarded referrals per user. Once you reach this limit, no further rewards will be issued, even if your friends meet all the conditions.
When do rewards show up?
Rewards are issued automatically after all required actions are completed. It may take up to a few hours after the last purchase to appear.
Note: Rewards are credited in USD. If you don’t have a USD wallet, the amount will be added in your default currency using the current exchange rate.
