Before purchasing an eSIM, make sure your device meets the requirements below.

Requirements

Your device must meet all of the following conditions:

  • It supports eSIM technology.

  • It is not carrier-locked or network-locked.

  • It is not jailbroken (iOS) or rooted (Android).

How to check compatibility

  1. Open the phone app used for making calls.

  2. Dial *#06#.

  3. Look for a 32-digit number labeled EID.

If an EID is displayed, your device supports eSIM.

Supported devices by brand

  • Apple: iPhone XS and newer, iPads with Wi-Fi + Cellular. Models from mainland China do not support eSIM.

  • Samsung: Many Galaxy S, Z, Note, A, and Fold series. Devices from China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan do not support eSIM.

  • Google Pixel: Most models from Pixel 2 onward, including Pixel Fold.
