If you paid a merchant but something went wrong, you might be looking for a refund. For example:

We understand this is frustrating. But if the payment was completed successfully and the merchant received the money, only the merchant can refund you.
AstroPay processes the payment, but is not involved in the sale or agreement.
What should I do?
Contact the merchant directly and explain the issue. Share any order confirmations, receipts, or screenshots that help show what happened.
Most merchants have support teams that can review your case and offer a solution.
Important: If AstroPay needs to contact the merchant on your behalf, the process will be slower and more bureaucratic than if you contact the merchant directly.
